At dogs inc., your dog will enjoy a fun-filled day of play, exercise, and socialisation in our breed and size-specific play zones. They’ll make new friends, engage in mentally stimulating activities, and have plenty of time to burn off energy in a safe and supervised environment. Rest assured, your dog will return home happy and well-exercised.

Yes! We have convenient parking available right outside our centre, making drop-off and pick-up quick and easyOur doggy taxi service is also available should you not be able to get your pup to us for added convenience. Applicable to customers who live within a 5-mile radius of the centre. 

Our two hour assessment allows us to get to know your dog’s personality, temperament, and behaviour. During the assessment, we spend lots of time 1-on-1 with your dog, observe how they interact with other dogs, the environment and our lovely staff. We gradually introduce other similar-sized dogs one-by-one, ensuring they’re placed in the appropriate play group and environment. There will be lots of enrichment with toys, smells, and playroom surfaces too. It helps us provide the best possible care and ensure a positive experience for your dog. 

Puppies can join day care once they’ve had their core vaccinations, usually around 12 weeks old. Our dedicated puppy socialization room is designed to help young dogs build confidence and learn positive behaviors in a safe, structured setting with other puppies. 

If your dog is on a special diet or has specific feeding requirements, no problem! Just provide us with their food when you drop them off, add a label with instructions, and we’ll make sure they’re fed exactly according to your guidelines, whether it’s a special time of day or a specific portion. 

Before joining dogs inc., your dog must be up-to-date on their annual vaccinations. This ensures the safety of all dogs in our care.  

We’ll need proof of vacinations on their assesment. 

We recommend getting a Kennel Cough vaccination, but it is not mandatory and remains a personal choice.

No, your dog does not need to be neutered to attend dogs inc. However, we do monitor dog interactions closely to ensure all dogs are comfortable and safe, especially in group play settings. If any behavioural issues arise, we may recommend adjustments to your dog’s daycare routine to ensure a positive experience for everyone. 

Your dog’s safety is our top priority. Our facility is designed with secure play zones, constant supervision by trained staff, and strict health and behaviour assessments. We also require up-to-date vaccinations and have emergency protocols in place, including staff trained in pet first aid. 

Absolutely! We know that dogs need rest between play sessions. We provide cozy, quiet spaces where your dog can take naps throughout the day. Whether your dog needs a quick snooze or a longer rest, we’re here to make sure they have downtime when needed. 

No, for the safety and well-being of all the dogs in our care, we do not allow female dogs to attend daycare while they are in season. This helps us maintain a calm, safe environment and prevent any unwanted behaviour among the dogs. Once your dog’s season has passed, she’s welcome to return to daycare! 

No, at dogs inc., we have breed and size-specific play zones to ensure the safety and comfort of all dogs. Your small dog will only interact with dogs of a similar size and temperament, allowing them to play and socialize in a safe and enjoyable environment.
